This is getting hard to do

This is getting hard to do. Every time I get halfway through a post my computer shuts down or restarts or freezes. It isn't so frustrating as time-consuming: in the back of my mind, unformalized, was the idea that I wasn't ever going to let this take over what I do. I like this forum as an adjunct to what I do anyway: read the news and think. When it starts to encroach on my lifestyle, in this case by having me wait to boot up countless times and retype everything, it is much less appealing. For now, I just bring my book to the desk and read while it reboots a bunch of times. I'm starting to feel like I'm in the movie Groundhog Day, though: didn't I just do this... again?
