I talked with Jaymee some last night. What we have between us is fairly well undefined so I asked her what she thought. She was hesitant to talk about it. What I got was that she likes things to remain uncategorized, that she would like to take things slowly because of her past relationship (and to please be patient), and that any concerns I have about her disposition toward me are unfounded as she truly likes me.
And also, to paraphrase, that I don't always have to be such a nice guy if I don't want to. I have a fear of offending that ends up defeating its own purpose sometimes. Check.
