I made chili last night. Fab likes spicy hot food (VERY spicy) so he bought some habanero peppers, which he didn't tell me were the hottest peppers on the planet. They rate at 20,000-30,000 Scoville units. After I cut them up my hands burned for hours afterward. The chili made my head sweat like my hair was on fire. It was a fun experience but I couldn't really enjoy the flavor because it was being overpowered by the heat. Also, do not scratch yourself anywhere sensitive when your hands have capsaicin oil on them...
