This Week in Landon entails: Regina Spektor's new album Begin To Hope. I don't know what food I'll make this week, exactly, but it will likely be Thai. When I was in Cincinnati two weeks ago, we stopped at the infamous Jungle Jim's to grocery shop and to see what all the hubbub was about. While we were there Laura and I picked up the primary components of some standard Thai dishes: fish sauce, lemongrass, Thai chilis, rice noodles, galanga, etc.

I was supposed to go to a party this evening but I stood it up for reading about boolean algebras instead.
