Last week, with raw milk Laura got we made 1) butter 2) crème fraîche 3) mozzarella cheese. The ricotta cheese didn't work, though; we even tried using vinegar as a last resort to curdle what we had, but to no avail. I made a potato cream soup as well -- but it didn't turn out as spectacular as the above 3 items did.
